KW Coilover Kit V2 BMW 4-Series

The KW V2 INOX-LINE coilover kit uses a TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology that allows for 16 precise clicks of adjustment to fine-tune your vehicle's ride comfort or performance. This system is built with stainless steel coilover struts and corrosion-resistant components designed for long-term durability. These coilovers are developed with vehicle-specific damper settings that have undergone extensive testing on the Nurburgring Nordschleife and in KW's 7-post Driving Dynamic Test Center, ensuring a more dynamic and direct driving experience.

With the rebound adjustability, you gain a more direct influence over the handling and comfort of your car. The unique TVR-A technology allows for a controlled oil flow: a small volume passes through an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass during slow damper speeds, while at higher speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens for a larger oil flow. This design significantly improves ride comfort without negatively impacting the high-speed range. The composite spring perch, made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, prevents oxidation and maximizes strength, ensuring easy ride height adjustment even after years of use thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite collar.

This kit fits a range of BMW 3-Series and 4-Series models, including the 2014-2018 BMW 3 Series (F31) Sports Wagon and the 2014-2020 BMW 4 Series (F33/F36) Gran Coupe. Each KW coilover strut is hand-built at their headquarters in Fichtenberg, Germany, and given a unique serial number. Before shipping, every KW damper is dyno tested to ensure accuracy and preset to recommended shock settings.
