KW Coilover Kit V2 BMW 4-Series

Starting with the Inox-Line stainless steel construction, these KW V2 coilovers are built to resist corrosion over the long haul, even when you're adjusting ride height. This means the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collars will keep working smoothly for years. This kit is designed for a range of BMW 3-Series and 4-Series models, including the 328i xDrive and 430i xDrive Gran Coupe, offering a significant upgrade over stock suspension.

What really sets the V2 apart is its TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This system allows you to fine-tune the rebound damping with 16 precise clicks. You can adjust the suspension to be firmer for more body control during spirited driving, or softer for improved ride comfort on longer trips. Our engineers develop vehicle-specific damper settings, tested extensively on the Nurburgring and in our own dynamic test center, ensuring a more direct and dynamic driving experience tailored to your BMW. The rebound adjustment lets you influence handling and comfort without altering the compression damping, which is already expertly tuned by KW.

Beyond the adjustable damping, these coilovers include elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals. The spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and maximizing strength. Each KW coilover kit is hand-built in Germany and given a unique serial number, with every damper dyno-tested before release to ensure accuracy. This kit allows for maximum lowering within an approved range, ensuring proper suspension function and adequate travel after installation.
