The KW V2 INOX-LINE coilovers start with a focus on corrosion resistance, using Inox-Line stainless steel struts that are built to last. This means you can easily adjust your ride height even after years of use, thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collars. These aren't just about looks; they're for drivers who want to fine-tune their car's handling and comfort. The kit is specifically developed for your 1999-2005 Volkswagen Golf IV, excluding 4motion and R32 models, ensuring a proper fit and function.

At the heart of the V2 system is KW's TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This allows for 16 precise clicks of adjustment for the rebound damping, letting you dial in either a firmer, more performance-oriented feel or a more comfortable ride. KW engineers develop vehicle-specific damper settings, tested extensively on the Nurburgring and in their own driving dynamics test center, to give you a more dynamic and direct driving experience. The rebound adjustment lets you influence handling and comfort without altering the compression damping, which is pre-tuned by KW for optimal performance.

Beyond the adjustable damping, these coilovers include elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability. The spring perches are made from a wear-resistant polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and ensuring strength. Each KW coilover is hand-built in Germany and given a unique serial number, with every damper dyno-tested before shipping to ensure accuracy and preset shock settings.
