KW Coilover Kit V3 Audi A6 (C7/4G)

The KW V3 Coilover kit uses a patented TVR-A technology for rebound adjustment. This system allows oil to flow through an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass during slow damper movements. At higher speeds, a main rebound stage valve opens to allow for maximum fluid displacement. This setup is designed to significantly reduce pitching and rolling during load changes like cornering, braking, and evasive maneuvers, which can shorten braking distances and improve overall vehicle feedback.

This kit also features TVC-A technology for compression adjustment, allowing for fine-tuning of low-speed damping. During sudden high piston speeds, a low-speed needle and main valve blow-off feature open to maximize flow. The composite spring perch is made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and maximizing strength. The Inox-Line Stainless Steel construction offers permanent corrosion resistance, ensuring the struts won't corrode even with adjustments.

KW hand-builds these coilovers in Germany, with each damper dyno-tested for accuracy and preset to recommended settings before shipping. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep water and dirt away from piston rods and seals, while also acting as dynamic load limiters to maintain ride quality.
