KW Coilover Kit V3 BMW 3-Series F30/ 4-Series F32/ AWD w/o EDC

The KW V3 Coilover kit uses a patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology that allows oil to flow past an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass. At higher speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens for maximum fluid displacement. This system is designed to significantly reduce pitching and rolling movements during load changes like cornering, acceleration, and braking, which can shorten braking distances and improve overall vehicle feedback.

This kit is built with Inox-Line Stainless Steel for permanent corrosion resistance, meaning the coatings won't wear off during adjustment. The composite spring perch is made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation while maximizing strength. The elastomer bump stop system includes integrated dust protection to keep water and dirt away from the piston rod and seals, acting as a dynamic load limiter while maintaining ride quality. This coilover kit is suitable for a range of BMW 3-Series (F30) and 4-Series (F32) models with xDrive AWD, excluding those with factory electronic dampers (EDC).

Each damper is hand-built and dyno-tested at KW's headquarters in Germany to ensure accuracy and is preset to recommended shock settings before delivery. The extensive adjustment range of the independently configurable rebound and compression damping allows you to fine-tune steering behavior, directional stability, grip, and handling characteristics for confident and repeatable results, making it an ideal tool for performance-oriented drivers looking to optimize their suspension.
