KW Coilover Kit V3 BMW 4-Series

The KW V3 Coilover kit starts with a patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This system allows oil to flow past an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass during slow damper speeds. At higher speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens for maximum fluid displacement, giving you precise control over how the suspension reacts to bumps and body movements.

This kit is built for performance-oriented drivers who want to fine-tune their vehicle's handling. The V3 features TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) technology, which is a patented compression valve that allows for fine tuning of low-speed compression. During sudden high piston speeds, the low-speed needle and main valve blow-off feature open to maximize flow. This independent adjustability of compression and rebound damping means you can customize the setup to your personal driving preferences or specific vehicle changes, like weight, tire characteristics, or altered vehicle rigidity. The composite spring perch, made from wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, prevents oxidation and ensures strength. The Inox-Line Stainless Steel construction offers permanent corrosion resistance, meaning the struts won't corrode even after adjustments.

This coilover kit is designed to fit a range of BMW 3-Series and 4-Series models, including the 2014-2018 3 Series Wagon and 2014-2020 4 Series Gran Coupe. Each damper is hand-built in Germany and dyno tested to ensure accuracy before release, preset to KW's recommended shock settings. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, acting as dynamic load limiters while maintaining ride quality.
