Starting with the patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology, this KW V3 Coilover kit allows for precise control over your BMW 7 Series E65's suspension. This system lets oil flow through an adjustable bypass during slow damper speeds, while a main valve opens for maximum fluid displacement at higher speeds. This means you can fine-tune the rebound characteristics to match your driving style and vehicle setup, whether you've changed tires, altered rigidity, or simply want a more connected feel to the road. This kit is designed for a range of BMW 7 Series models from 2002 to 2008, including the 745i, 750Li, and 760Li.

The V3 kit also incorporates TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) technology, giving you independent control over compression damping. This allows you to adjust low-speed compression for improved steering response and stability, and a blow-off feature handles sudden high piston speeds. The dampers are housed in Inox-Line Stainless Steel struts, offering permanent corrosion resistance that won't wear off during adjustments, ensuring a long lifespan. Composite spring perches, made from a wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, prevent oxidation and maximize strength. Elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection keep dirt and water away from seals and piston rods, while also acting as dynamic load limiters to maintain ride quality.

Hand-built in Germany, each KW V3 coilover is individually serialized and dyno-tested to ensure accuracy before it leaves the factory. The preset shock settings are a great starting point, but the extensive adjustment range allows for true performance optimization.
