The KW V3 coilover kit brings motorsports-derived technology to your 1984-1993 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3L 16V or 2.5 16V. This system is built to significantly reduce body roll and pitching during hard cornering, braking, and acceleration, which not only makes the car feel more stable but can also shorten braking distances. The core of the V3 system is its ability to independently adjust both the compression and rebound damping forces. This allows you to fine-tune the suspension to your specific driving style or any modifications you've made to the car, like changes in weight or chassis rigidity.

KW's patented TVR-A (rebound) and TVC-A (compression) valve technology is key here. The rebound adjustment uses a conical low-speed bypass for fine control, while the main valve opens for maximum fluid flow at higher speeds. The compression adjustment also features a low-speed fine-tuning capability, with a blow-off feature for sudden high-speed piston movements. These adjustments let you influence steering response, stability, and overall grip without negatively affecting other aspects of the suspension's performance. The spring perches are made from a durable polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert, designed to prevent oxidation and ensure long-term adjustability. The Inox-Line stainless steel construction of the struts offers permanent corrosion resistance, meaning the finish won't wear off even with frequent adjustments.

Each KW V3 coilover kit is hand-built in Germany and individually tested on a dyno before shipping, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The kit includes application-specific springs and dampers, tuned for optimal street performance while offering the flexibility for further customization.
