This KW V5 Classic Black Edition coilover kit is specifically for your 2004-2005 Porsche Carrera GT. It includes all four corner dampers, application-specific springs, and the necessary hardware for installation. This system brings successful motorsport suspension technology directly to your street car, focusing on precise and fast damping without delay. The shock absorbers and valves react directly to even the smallest inputs, ensuring every maneuver like braking, acceleration, and steering is damped with exceptional accuracy.

At the heart of the KW V5 is the Solid Piston Technology, which offers more platform support to the chassis compared to conventional dampers. This allows for the use of lower spring rates while maintaining excellent control. The kit features KW SPCLH-A (Solid Piston Compression Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) and KW SPRLH-A (Solid Piston Rebound Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) damping. This means you get independent adjustment of both low-speed and high-speed compression and rebound damping, with 13 distinct clicks (14 characteristic curves) for each range. This level of adjustability allows for a completely new type of harmonious damping, tailored precisely to your driving style and conditions. Each damper is hand-built in Germany, individually serial-numbered, and dyno-tested before shipping to ensure accuracy and preset to KW's recommended settings.

The continuous lowering adjustment is made easy and quick, even after years of use, thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and polyamide threaded ring.
