The heart of the V2 Comfort system is its adjustable rebound damping, featuring KW's patented TVR-A technology. This system uses a two-stage valve that controls oil flow differently at low and high damper speeds. At low speeds, a small amount of oil flows through an adjustable bypass, allowing for a softer ride. When the damper moves faster, a larger valve opens, providing more control. With 16 precise clicks, you can easily adjust the dampers to be either sportier or more comfortable, offering a significant improvement in ride quality without affecting safety-critical high-speed damping. These coilovers are built using INOX-LINE stainless steel, which means they are completely resistant to corrosion and have an unlimited lifespan, even when adjusting the ride height. The dirt-resistant trapezoidal threads and composite spring seats ensure that adjusting the ride height remains easy, even after years of use.

This kit is designed to provide a vehicle-specific lowering within a tested range of 10 to 40 mm. Each KW V2 Comfort coilover strut is hand-built in Germany and individually tested on a dyno to ensure accuracy before it leaves the factory. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep contaminants away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability and ride quality.
