The KW V2 Comfort coilover kit uses INOX-LINE stainless steel construction, meaning the struts are 100 percent corrosion-resistant and built to last. This kit is designed for BMW 5 Series E60 models from 2004 to 2010, specifically for 2WD sedans. At the heart of the V2 Comfort system is the patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This advanced system allows for 16 precise clicks of adjustment for the rebound damping. At low damper speeds, a small amount of oil flows through an adjustable, conical bypass, which significantly improves ride comfort. For higher damper speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens, allowing for greater oil flow and maintaining safety-relevant control. This means you can tune the suspension to be either more comfortable or sportier, depending on your preference, all while maintaining a vehicle-specific lowering range of 10 to 40 mm. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and ensuring easy ride height adjustments for years to come.

Each KW V2 Comfort coilover kit is hand-built in Germany and includes a unique serial number. Before shipping, every damper is dyno-tested to ensure accuracy and preset to recommended settings.
