The KW V2 Comfort coilover kit uses INOX-LINE stainless steel construction, meaning the struts are completely resistant to corrosion and have a long lifespan, even when you adjust the ride height. This kit is designed for Mercedes-Benz C-Class models from 2001-2007, including RWD sedans and wagons with all engine types. It's built for drivers who want a sporty look and feel without sacrificing ride comfort, offering a perfect balance between driving dynamics and a comfortable experience on various road surfaces.

With 16 levels of adjustable rebound damping, you can fine-tune the suspension to be either sportier or more comfortable. This is managed through KW's patented TVR-A technology, which controls oil flow in the dampers. At low speeds, a small amount of oil passes through an adjustable bypass, while at higher speeds, the main valve opens for greater fluid movement. This system significantly improves ride comfort without affecting the high-speed damping that's crucial for safety. The kit allows for a vehicle-specific lowering range of 10 to 40 mm, and the dirt-resistant trapezoidal threads on the stainless steel struts, combined with composite spring seats, ensure that ride height adjustments remain easy to make for years to come.

This kit includes everything needed for installation, and each damper is individually tested and assigned a serial number at KW's headquarters in Germany. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless steel insert, preventing oxidation and maximizing strength. An elastomer bump stop with an integrated dust protection system is also included to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability and maintaining ride quality.
