The KW V2 Comfort coilover kit uses INOX-LINE stainless steel construction, meaning the struts are completely resistant to corrosion and have an essentially unlimited lifespan. This is a big deal for long-term adjustability, as the dirt-resistant trapezoidal threads and composite spring perches won't seize up over time. This allows you to easily adjust your vehicle's ride height, typically between 10 to 40 mm, to achieve a sportier look without sacrificing the comfort you expect from your Mercedes E-Class.

If your factory sport suspension feels a bit too stiff, these coilovers are designed to give you a more comfort-oriented ride. The engineers at KW have put a lot of work into tuning these setups on various road surfaces to ensure a balance between driving dynamics and ride comfort. You get 16 precise clicks of adjustment for the rebound damping, using KW's patented TVR-A technology. This system allows you to fine-tune the suspension to be either sportier or more comfortable by controlling how oil flows through the damper at different speeds. This means you can improve ride comfort without affecting the critical high-speed damping that keeps the car stable during hard braking or cornering.

This kit is built with paramount attention to detail and uses only the highest quality components. Each damper is individually tested on a dyno to ensure accuracy and preset to KW's recommended settings before leaving their facility in Germany. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and maximizing strength.
