High Pressure Monotube Gas Shock

This is the KYB Gas-a-Just rear shock absorber for your 2009-2012 Dodge Grand Caravan or 2011-2012 Chrysler Town and Country. It's a monotube design that automatically adjusts to your driving needs, so you get a comfortable ride during normal cruising and improved control when you need it. Unlike twin-tube shocks, this design won't experience fade from aeration, meaning it maintains its performance even under demanding conditions.

The Gas-a-just shock has two separate chambers. One is for the hydraulic piston and valve, which handles responsiveness and control. The other chamber holds high-pressure nitrogen gas with a floating piston. This setup gives you a smooth ride for everyday driving, but instantly adds performance when you demand it, like during hard braking or cornering.
