This is the KYB AGX front right shock for your 1990-1997 Honda Accord or 1997-1999 Acura CL. It's designed to give you more control over how your car handles, letting you adjust the ride stiffness without needing special tools. You can dial in a firmer ride for spirited driving or a softer feel for cruising.
With up to eight positions, you can increase the damping force significantly over stock, up to 125% more. This adjustment affects both how quickly the shock returns (rebound) and how it absorbs impact (compression) in one simple turn of the knob or slot. The shock's internal valves automatically adjust to changing road conditions, helping to keep your tires firmly planted for better control, whether you're on the street or a track.
For best results and to protect your new shock from dirt and road salt, consider adding a KYB Strut Boot, part number SB108.
