Lubegard Universal Limited Slip Supplement is a friction modifier specifically formulated to eliminate the chatter and shudder that limited slip differentials develop over time. If your vehicle makes a rhythmic clunking or vibration during low-speed turns — especially in parking lots — worn friction modifier in the differential fluid is almost always the cause. This 4-oz bottle restores the correct friction characteristics to stop that noise.

Lubegard uses their proprietary LXE (Liquid Wax Ester) technology, which is a synthetic friction modifier that also serves double duty as a heat-transfer agent. It pulls heat out of the gear box and clutch packs more quickly, resulting in cooler operating temperatures that extend the life of both the fluid and the clutch packs inside the differential. The formula also includes rust and corrosion inhibitors to protect bearings and gear surfaces.

One 4-oz bottle treats a standard 2-quart differential. For larger units, use 2 oz per quart of differential fluid. It is compatible with all limited slip differentials from GM, Ford, Chrysler, and other manufacturers, and works with both synthetic and petroleum-based gear oils. Allow about 20 miles of driving after adding for complete mixing.
