MagnaFlow part 4561082 is a CARB-compliant direct-fit catalytic converter built for the 2005-2006 Lincoln LS and 2005 Ford Thunderbird with the 3.9L V8. Both vehicles share the same exhaust platform, so this single part number covers all three vehicle-years. It is legal for sale in all 50 states including California.

The converter uses 16 ga. 409 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends that match the OEM routing. MagnaFlow's spun body design with a single laser fusion weld keeps the exhaust path sealed, and the compact shape supports good thermal efficiency. Two Torca AccuSeal clamps are included in the box, providing 360-degree clamping force without pipe distortion. The 308 stainless steel MIG welds handle the structural joints.
