Inside, the mandrel-bent 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing replicates OEM flow dynamics, keeping exhaust moving smoothly through the system. MagnaFlow uses 3D scanning during development to nail the original equipment geometry, so fitment is tight and accurate. The spun body design paired with a single laser fusion weld keeps the assembly compact and reduces the chance of leaks at the seams. All welds are 308 stainless steel MIG, adding durability to every joint.

The included Torca AccuSeal clamp distributes clamping force evenly around the full circumference of the pipe, which prevents distortion and ensures a solid seal. No cutting or welding is needed for the install, making this a manageable job with the right tools and a lift.

This converter meets California Air Resources Board requirements and is legal for sale in all 50 states. Installation is permitted only when the vehicle's Executive Order number and Engine Family Number match this converter's CARB Executive Order.
