This converter is a direct replacement, meaning no cutting or welding is needed for installation, making the job much simpler with the proper tools.
Magnaflow uses advanced 3D scanning during their research and development to ensure this converter fits and functions just like the original equipment. The tubing is free-flowing and mandrel-bent to maintain the factory design and geometry, helping to preserve your vehicle's original performance and fuel efficiency. It's constructed from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, specifically 16-gauge 409 stainless steel for the tubing and 308 stainless steel for the MIG welds, which are laser fusion welded to reduce the chance of leaks. The compact, low-mass design also contributes to better thermal efficiency.
This converter comes with the necessary hardware, including flat washers, bolts, and nuts, so you won't have to struggle with corroded factory parts. It's designed to interchange with OE part numbers like LR068416 and LR024237, among others. Please note that this converter is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
