MagnaFlow uses advanced 3D scanning during their design process to ensure this converter fits and functions just like the factory part. The tubing is mandrel-bent to maintain smooth exhaust flow, and the entire unit is constructed from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, specifically 16-gauge 409 stainless steel for the tubing and 308 stainless steel for the welds. This means it's built to last and resist rust, even in harsh conditions. The single laser fusion weld is designed to minimize the chance of exhaust leaks, and its compact, low-mass design helps with thermal efficiency.

Installation is straightforward because it's a direct-fit design, meaning no cutting or welding is required – just bolt it on using the proper tools. MagnaFlow includes a crush ring gasket to help ensure a proper seal. This converter is compliant with OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems, but please note it is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
