This converter is designed to meet or exceed EPA emissions requirements for OBDII vehicles registered in federal or California emissions states. It's important to note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. You'll get the converter, a flange gasket, an O2 port plug, and a donut gasket to help with installation.
