MagnaFlow Conv DF 2007-2008 Cadillac Escalade 6.2L

MagnaFlow 5451631 is a CARB compliant direct-fit catalytic converter that covers a broad range of 2007-2008 GM full-size trucks and SUVs with the 6.2L engine. The application list includes the Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, and Escalade EXT, the 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe, the 2007-2008 GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon, and Yukon XL 1500. One converter handles all of these because they share the same exhaust platform and mounting points.

Construction uses 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends that follow the OE pipe routing. MagnaFlow's 3D scanning process ensures the flanges, hangers, and pipe geometry match the factory setup. The spun body uses a single laser fusion weld, and 308 stainless steel MIG welds secure the pipe joints. A stamped collector design maintains exhaust flow through the converter.

In the box you get one crush ring gasket, one Torca AccuSeal clamp, and one donut gasket. The Torca clamp provides 360-degree even clamping force to prevent pipe distortion.
