This converter uses free-flowing, mandrel-bent tubing to ensure exhaust gases move smoothly, which helps maintain factory performance and fuel economy. The construction is from high-strength 409 stainless steel tubing for excellent corrosion resistance, and the welds are durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. MagnaFlow uses advanced 3D scanning during their research and development to make sure this part fits and functions just like the original equipment. The single laser fusion weld is designed to greatly reduce the chance of leaks, and its compact, low-mass design helps with thermal efficiency.

Installation is made simpler because this is a direct-fit unit, meaning no cutting or welding is required if you have the proper tools. MagnaFlow includes a flange gasket and two donut gaskets to help you get a solid seal. Please note that this converter is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
