The pistons feature a 4.070-inch bore with a 1.110-inch compression height, intended to work with a 4.000-inch stroke crankshaft and a 6.125-inch connecting rod. This specific design results in a 10.2:1 compression ratio with the included -14cc valve reliefs.

Each piston weighs 425 grams, contributing to a well-balanced rotating assembly. The 0.927-inch wrist pin diameter is standard for many performance LS applications.
