Mahle OE NAVI 7.3L IDI Diesel V8 .020 w/ PC Piston Set (Set of 8)

Mahle is one of the largest original equipment piston manufacturers globally, known for producing parts that meet the same standards as what came on your vehicle from the factory. This piston set is specifically for the 7.3L IDI Diesel V8 engine found in a range of Ford trucks and vans from 1988 through 1994, including popular models like the F-250, F-350, and E-350 Econoline.

These pistons are .020 inch undersize, meaning they are designed to fit engines that have been bored out to that specific dimension during a rebuild. They feature compensated ring grooves to ensure proper ring loading and effective oil control, along with expansion-controlled designs. This helps maintain small fitting clearances, which in turn reduces engine noise, wear, and emissions while improving overall oil management. For your convenience, these pistons come with the piston rings already mounted and include the necessary pins and clips, so they are ready for installation right out of the box.
