When you're building a serious LS engine, starting with a well-built rotating assembly is key. This Manley Chevy LS 548 rotating assembly gives you the core components you need for a robust build. You get a 4340 forged steel crankshaft with a 4.250-inch stroke, designed to handle significant power. Paired with this are 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, which come standard with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, or you can opt for ARP 2000 screws for even more strength. The assembly also includes 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series pistons, complete with premium chrome moly wrist pins, and these pistons have a -20cc dish volume.

This combination is built for performance. With the standard ARP 8740 cap screws on the connecting rods, this assembly is rated for up to 900 horsepower. If you choose the optional ARP 2000 cap screws, that rating jumps to an impressive 1,500 horsepower. This makes it a solid foundation for a wide range of high-performance LS engine builds. Remember, this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
