Manley's Severe Duty valves are put through rigorous testing to ensure they can handle the intense stresses of high-performance engines. In tests simulating valve bounce, these exhaust valves endured up to 100 million cycles at 1400°F, a notable improvement over competitor parts that failed much sooner. The XH-428 material offers nearly double the tensile strength at 1500°F compared to other common exhaust valve materials, making it a solid choice for engines that run hot.
