This Manley rotating assembly gives you the core components for a serious BBC engine build. Inside this kit, you'll find a 4340 forged steel crankshaft, a set of 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, and 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series pistons. The pistons come complete with premium chrome moly wrist pins, ready for assembly. This is a well-built foundation for a powerful engine.

The crankshaft and connecting rods are forged from 4340 steel, a strong material known for its durability under high stress. The connecting rods are equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, which are capable of handling up to 900 horsepower. If your build demands more, you have the option to upgrade to ARP 2000 cap screws, which can support up to 1,500 horsepower. The Platinum Series pistons are also forged from 2618 aluminum, a common choice for performance applications due to its strength and thermal properties. This combination of robust materials and thoughtful design makes this assembly a solid option for demanding engine builds.
