This Manley Performance rotating assembly is designed for those who demand serious power from their BBC engine, offering a 555 cubic inch displacement with a 4.250-inch stroke and pistons designed for a 4.560-inch bore with +43cc combustion chambers.

At its core is a 4340 forged steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and durability under high stress. Paired with this are 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods. These rods come standard with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, capable of handling up to 900 horsepower. For those pushing the limits further, an option for ARP 2000 cap screws is available, allowing this assembly to reliably manage up to 1,500 horsepower. The pistons are Manley's Platinum Series, made from 2618 forged aluminum for a great balance of strength and light weight, and they include premium chrome moly wrist pins for added durability.
