This Manley Performance rotating assembly is built for those who demand serious power and reliability from their BBC 565ci combination. It's designed to handle the stresses of high-performance street or track use, providing a solid foundation for your custom build.
At its core is a 4340 forged steel crankshaft with a 4.250-inch stroke, paired with 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods. These rods come standard with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, but you can opt for ARP 2000 cap screws for even greater strength. The pistons are 2618 forged aluminum from Manley's Platinum Series, featuring Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins. This combination is rated for up to 900 horsepower with the standard ARP 8740 bolts, and an impressive 1,500 horsepower when you step up to the optional ARP 2000 cap screws.
This assembly is a popular choice for builders looking to push the limits of their big-block. Remember, this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
