This kit includes a 4340 forged steel crankshaft, built to withstand the stresses of a high-output engine. Paired with it are 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods. These rods come standard with 7/16? ARP 8740 cap screws, but you have the option to upgrade to ARP 2000 cap screws for even more strength, allowing the assembly to handle up to 1,500 horsepower. The pistons are made from 2618 forged aluminum, part of Manley's Platinum Series, and come with premium chrome moly wrist pins. This combination of materials and robust construction means you're getting a well-built rotating assembly ready for demanding use.

This assembly is rated for up to 900 horsepower with the standard ARP 8740 cap screws, and up to 1,500 horsepower when you opt for the ARP 2000 cap screws.
