Manley Rotating Assembly, SBC 355 3.480 STROKE/-4cc FLAT

If you're building a high-performance Small Block Chevy engine and aiming for serious power, a well-matched rotating assembly is the heart of your build. This Manley Performance rotating assembly is designed for the 355 cubic inch displacement with a 3.480-inch stroke, featuring flat-top pistons with a -4cc dish. It's a solid foundation for engines targeting up to 750 horsepower with the included ARP 8740 cap screws, and can handle up to 1,500 horsepower if you opt for the ARP 2000 cap screws.

The crankshaft is forged from 4340 steel, giving it the strength needed to withstand the stresses of high RPM and significant cylinder pressures. Complementing the crank are Manley's 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, known for their robust construction and reliability. These rods come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, a popular choice for many performance builds. The assembly is completed with 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series pistons, which are lightweight and strong, paired with premium chrome moly wrist pins for durability under load.

This assembly is a significant step up from stock components, providing the internal strength required for boosted applications or aggressive naturally aspirated builds. Keep in mind that this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. For builds targeting extreme power levels, consider upgrading to the optional ARP 2000 series cap screws for the connecting rods.
