Manley Performance is well-known for making strong internal engine components. This rotating assembly is built for serious performance builds, specifically for a Small Block Chevy (SBC) engine aiming for a 355 cubic inch displacement with a 3.480-inch stroke. It’s a complete package designed to handle significant power, giving you a solid foundation for your engine project.

At the heart of this assembly is a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and ability to reduce rotational mass. Paired with it are 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods. These rods come standard with 7/16? ARP 8740 cap screws, a well-built fastener known for reliability. If you're planning on pushing the limits, you can opt for ARP 2000 cap screws for even greater strength. The pistons are Manley's own 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series, complete with Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins. This combination of materials and construction means the assembly is ready for high-RPM use and significant cylinder pressures.

This rotating assembly is rated for up to 750 horsepower when using the standard ARP 8740 cap screws, and can handle up to 1,500 horsepower with the optional ARP 2000 cap screws. It's important to note that this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
