Manley Rotating Assembly, SBC 355 3.480 STROKE/-4cc FLAT

When you're building a serious small block Chevy, starting with a well-built rotating assembly is key. This Manley Performance rotating assembly gives you the core components for a 355 cubic inch engine with a 3.480-inch stroke. It's designed to handle significant power, with a horsepower range up to 750 HP when using the standard ARP 8740 cap screws on the connecting rods, and an impressive 1,500 HP if you opt for the ARP 2000 cap screws.

Inside this kit, you'll find a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, built for strength and reduced rotational mass. The connecting rods are also made from robust 4340 forged steel in an H-beam design, known for its rigidity under load. These rods come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 cap screws, or you can upgrade to ARP 2000 fasteners for even greater clamping force and reliability at higher RPMs. Topping off the assembly are 2618 forged aluminum pistons from Manley's Platinum Series, complete with premium chrome moly wrist pins. These pistons are designed for a flat top with a -4cc dish, which will influence your final compression ratio depending on your cylinder heads.
