Manley Rotating Assembly, SBC 355 3.480 STROKE/-4cc FLAT

This Manley rotating assembly starts with a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and ability to handle high RPMs without excessive weight. It’s designed for SBC (Small Block Chevrolet) engines and features a 3.480-inch stroke, making it a 355 cubic inch displacement when paired with the correct bore size. This is a well-built foundation for a performance engine build where reliability and power are key.

Included are Manley's Pro Series Lightweight I-Beam connecting rods. These rods are forged from 4340 steel and come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 2000 cap screws, a strong choice for connecting the pistons to the crankshaft. The pistons are Manley's Platinum Series, made from 2618 forged aluminum, known for its durability and ability to withstand high temperatures and pressures. They feature a flat top design with a -4cc dish, which helps achieve a specific compression ratio depending on your cylinder heads. Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins are also included for the pistons.

This assembly is rated for up to 750 horsepower when using ARP 8740 cap screws, and can handle an impressive 1,500 horsepower with the optional ARP 2000 cap screws. Keep in mind this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It's a solid option for builders looking to create a powerful and dependable engine.
