This Manley rotating assembly gives you a complete package for your SBC engine build. You get a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, Pro Series Lightweight I-Beam connecting rods fitted with 7/16? ARP 2000 cap screws, and 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series pistons that feature Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins. This assembly is designed for a 355 cubic inch displacement with a 3.480-inch stroke and -4cc flat top pistons.
The 4340 forged steel crankshaft is a strong foundation for high-performance builds, offering excellent durability and resistance to stress. Paired with the Pro Series I-Beam connecting rods, known for their robust construction and the added security of ARP 2000 cap screws, this setup is built to handle significant power. The Platinum Series forged aluminum pistons are lightweight, which helps reduce reciprocating mass, allowing the engine to rev more freely. These pistons are designed for a flat-top configuration with a -4cc volume, which will affect your compression ratio depending on the cylinder head chamber size you choose.
This rotating assembly is rated for up to 750 horsepower when using ARP 8740 cap screws, and can handle an impressive 1,500 horsepower with the optional upgrade to ARP 2000 cap screws.
