Paired with the Pro Series I-Beam connecting rods, which come standard with 7/16? ARP 2000 cap screws, this assembly is built to handle serious stress. The 2618 forged aluminum pistons in the Platinum Series are also a key component, featuring Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins for added strength. This combination is rated for up to 750 horsepower with the included ARP 8740 bolts, and can be upgraded to handle an impressive 1,500 horsepower with optional ARP 2000 cap screws.
