Manley Rotating Assembly, SBC 383 3.750 STROKE/+11cc DOME

This Manley Performance rotating assembly is built for SBC (Small Block Chevrolet) 383 cubic inch engines, featuring a 3.750 inch stroke and pistons with an 11cc dome. It’s a well-built package designed for builders looking to significantly increase their engine’s displacement and power potential. This assembly is a critical foundation for a performance engine build, providing the core components that define its cubic inches and compression ratio.

At the heart of this assembly is a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and ability to handle higher RPMs and increased stress. Paired with this are 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods. These rods are known for their robust construction and come ready to accept either ARP 8740 or optional ARP 2000 cap screws, allowing you to tailor the rod's strength to your horsepower goals. The pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum, part of Manley's Platinum Series, and include premium chrome moly wrist pins. This combination of materials ensures durability and performance under demanding conditions. With ARP 8740 bolts, this assembly is rated for up to 750 horsepower, and stepping up to the optional ARP 2000 cap screws raises that capability to an impressive 1,500 horsepower.
