When you're building a serious Small Block Chevy, starting with a well-built rotating assembly is key. This Manley Performance rotating assembly gives you the core components needed for a 434 cubic inch engine with a 4.000-inch stroke. You get a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, and 2618 forged aluminum pistons. This combination is designed to handle significant power, with a horsepower range of up to 750 using the standard ARP 8740 cap screws on the rods, or up to 1,500 horsepower if you opt for the ARP 2000 cap screws.

The 4340 forged steel crankshaft and H-beam connecting rods are strong choices for high-performance applications, offering excellent durability and resistance to bending or breaking under stress. The 2618 forged aluminum pistons are a popular choice for their strength and ability to withstand high temperatures and pressures. These pistons feature a -20cc dish, which will affect your final compression ratio depending on your cylinder head volume. The included Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins are also well-suited for the demands of a performance engine build.
