This Manley rotating assembly starts with a lightweight 4340 forged steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and ability to handle high RPMs without excessive weight. It’s paired with 4340 forged steel H-beam connecting rods, which are known for their robust construction and reliability under stress. These rods come standard with 7/16? ARP 8740 cap screws, a solid choice for many performance applications. If you're pushing the limits, you can opt for ARP 2000 cap screws for even greater clamping force and durability.

The pistons are Manley's Platinum Series, made from 2618 forged aluminum. This material is selected for its excellent thermal expansion properties and strength, crucial for managing the heat and pressure inside a high-performance engine. They feature a +4cc dome design, which helps to achieve a specific compression ratio when combined with the crankshaft stroke and cylinder head volume. The assembly includes premium chrome moly wrist pins, a strong and lightweight component essential for connecting the piston to the connecting rod.

This balanced package is rated for a horsepower range of 750 HP with the standard ARP 8740 cap screws, and can handle up to 1,500 HP when equipped with the optional ARP 2000 cap screws. It's important to note that this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
