These Manley titanium exhaust valves are forged from exceptional titanium alloys, striking a perfect balance between mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at specific temperatures. This makes them a solid choice for high-rpm and extended high-rpm applications, allowing for higher engine speeds and compatibility with aggressive camshaft profiles. The one-piece forged construction with grain flow ensures durability and minimizes potential weak points compared to head-welded alternatives.

Each valve is meticulously machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders, maintaining exacting tolerances for optimal performance. The titanium construction is ideal for reducing valve train weight, which improves engine efficiency and enhances overall performance. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for these exhaust valves, and the "HT" suffix indicates high temperature material, further enhancing their durability in demanding conditions. All valves have inserted hard tips and Manley's Bead Loc single radius keeper groove.

Each Manley titanium valve undergoes a stringent final inspection process to ensure uncompromising quality, performance, and reliability.
