This kit includes eight Manley Titanium Exhaust Valves, designed to significantly reduce weight in your engine's valve train. These valves are crafted from exceptional titanium alloys, chosen for their balance of strength, hardness, and ductility at high temperatures. This makes them a solid choice for engines that will see extended periods of high-rpm operation or are built with aggressive camshaft profiles. The one-piece forged construction, featuring optimized grain flow, ensures these valves are durable and minimize potential failure points, especially when compared to welded alternatives.

Manley machines these valves with advanced CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders, holding very tight tolerances for consistent performance. Each valve weighs in at just 73 grams, with a head diameter of 1.600 inches and an overall length of 5.140 inches. The stem diameter is 0.3415 inches.
