This kit includes eight Manley Titanium Series exhaust valves, specifically designed for Chevrolet Big Block engines used in Pontiac Pro Stock and Dart Big Chief applications. These valves are crafted from exceptional titanium alloys, striking a balance between mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at high temperatures. The one-piece forged construction with grain flow ensures durability and minimizes potential weak points compared to other designs.

By significantly reducing valve train weight, these titanium valves are ideal for high-RPM and extended high-rpm engine operation. This allows for higher engine speeds and compatibility with aggressive camshaft profiles. Each valve is meticulously machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders, maintaining exacting tolerances for optimal performance. Manley's rigorous quality control measures ensure that each valve is delivered within tight precision standards, guaranteeing uncompromising quality and reliability for demanding engine builds.

With a head diameter of 1.900 inches and a stem diameter of 0.3415 inches, these valves are built for performance. Note that tip protection is required for these valves; Manley wear cap P/N 42104 or 42104TM is recommended. These valves are available with conventional square or Manley's Bead Loc single radius keeper grooves.
