Mishimoto 14-16 Ford Fiesta ST Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit - Black

If you push your 2014-2016 Ford Fiesta ST hard, especially on a track or during spirited street driving, the 1.6L EcoBoost engine's oil can get very hot. This high heat can lead to oil breakdown and even affect your engine's coolant temperature. Mishimoto developed this thermostatic oil cooler kit to help manage those extreme temperatures and protect your engine.

This kit starts with a large 19-row oil cooler, strategically placed at the front of the car to catch the most airflow. It's designed to work independently of the stock liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger, which helps achieve the best possible reduction in oil temperature. To make this bypass simple, Mishimoto includes a CNC-machined center bolt and an aluminum coolant bypass tube. Oil is moved to and from the cooler through application-specific braided stainless steel lines with -10AN fittings, making installation straightforward. In testing, Mishimoto saw consistent oil temperature drops of over 35 degrees Fahrenheit with a similar non-thermostatic setup, showing how effective this system is at handling high-stress situations.

This kit includes the thermostatic sandwich plate, which helps the engine reach optimal operating temperature faster and then regulates oil flow to keep it from getting too cool.
