If you're pushing your 2014-2016 Ford Fiesta ST hard, especially with performance tuning, managing intake air temperature is key to keeping things running smoothly and powerfully. This Mishimoto front mount intercooler is designed to replace the stock unit, offering a much larger core and improved airflow to help cool the charge air coming from your turbo.

Mishimoto engineers put in the work, testing several designs to arrive at this tube-and-fin intercooler. It's built with an all-aluminum, TIG-welded construction for durability and a lighter weight. The core itself is 51% larger than the factory one, with a 25% increase in internal volume, and the external fin surface area is also significantly larger. This means it can dissipate heat much more effectively, and testing showed a drop of 26 degrees Fahrenheit in intake air temperatures. The kit includes air diversion plates to make sure all the incoming air goes through the cooler, maximizing its efficiency. The included cold-side pipe is well-made, featuring a CNC-machined flange for the stock pressure sensor, a port for a boost gauge or water-meth injection, and a plug to delete the factory sound symposer if you choose. It uses durable silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to hold tight under boost.
