Mishimoto also updated the tube-and-fin design, which boosts the external fin surface area by 180-percent to maximize heat dissipation. To ensure this radiator can handle the stress of performance driving, strutted tubes are incorporated throughout the core to improve stability and reduce the risk of leaks.
