The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Pipe Kit for your 2024-2025 Ford Mustang EcoBoost starts with a robust bar-and-plate intercooler core featuring cast aluminum end tanks. This design supports up to 526 horsepower and offers a 60% increase in core volume over the stock unit, fitting directly into the factory location. The oversized 63mm inlets and outlets are key to improving airflow, while a diverter plate helps distribute air evenly. Mishimoto also includes foam sealing strips and a custom-formed air deflector to ensure maximum airflow through the core and reduce unwanted noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Four EPDM rubber sandwich mounts are used to isolate vibration and add rigidity to the assembly.

You can expect safe, tune-free power gains of up to 12 horsepower and 11 ft-lbs of torque with this kit on a stock tune.
