Mishimoto 2024+ Ford Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost Performance Intercooler Kit - Black/Polished

This Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Pipe Kit is a complete system for your 2024-2025 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. It includes a direct-fit bar-and-plate intercooler with cast aluminum end tanks and high-flow aluminum hot-side and cold-side pipes. This kit is designed to improve airflow, reduce intake air temperatures, and increase performance safely, even on a stock tune.

The intercooler itself features a 60% increase in core volume over the stock unit, with oversized 63mm inlets and outlets to help air move more freely. A diverter plate inside the intercooler ensures that air is distributed evenly across the core for maximum efficiency. Mishimoto also includes foam sealing strips and a custom-formed air deflector to help direct all available air through the intercooler core and reduce unwanted noise. The intercooler is mounted using four EPDM rubber sandwich mounts, which isolate vibrations and add a solid feel.

The included intercooler pipes are constructed from durable aluminum and feature cast connections for a strong, precise fit. The cast turbo outlet elbow is integrated with the blow-off valve seat and retains factory harness clipping points, making for a cleaner installation. Connections are secured with CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings, DuraCore™ silicone couplers, and high-torque worm-gear clamps, ensuring a leak-free, high-flow setup. There's also extra clearance designed into the piping to allow for compatibility with the Mishimoto performance radiator. This kit is available in a polished or wrinkle black finish for the intercooler, with polished pipes, and comes with all necessary hardware for installation.
