This Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Pipe Kit is a complete system for your 2024-2025 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. You get a direct-fit bar-and-plate intercooler with cast aluminum end tanks, plus high-flow hot-side and cold-side aluminum pipes. This setup is designed to improve airflow, reduce intake air temperatures, and unlock safe, tune-free performance gains.

The intercooler itself features a 60% increase in core volume over the stock unit, with larger 63mm inlets and outlets to help air move more freely. Mishimoto includes foam sealing strips and a custom air deflector to ensure air goes through the core efficiently, while four rubber mounts help isolate vibrations. This intercooler is built to support up to 526 horsepower and can lower charged-air temperatures by as much as 60°F, potentially adding up to 12 hp and 11 ft-lbs of torque even without a tune. There's also a pre-drilled NPT port for adding sensors if you want to monitor things.

The included aluminum intercooler pipes are well-built with cast connections for a solid fit. The hot-side pipe has a cast elbow that integrates the factory blow-off valve location and keeps your original harness clips. For connections, you'll find CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings, DuraCore silicone couplers, and high-torque worm-gear clamps, all designed for a secure, high-flow seal. This kit also offers extra clearance, making it compatible with the Mishimoto performance radiator.
