This Mishimoto cast aluminum transmission pan is a direct-fit upgrade for your Ford E4OD, 4R100, or 5R110 transmission. It's cast from aluminum and finished in a gunmetal gray powder coat, offering a robust and long-lasting addition to your drivetrain. The pan features internal baffles that help reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat dissipation, contributing to smoother transmission operation. It also includes a magnetic drain plug for easier fluid changes and a 1/8-inch NPT port for installing a temperature sensor, making maintenance and monitoring simpler.

Beyond its improved cooling capabilities, this transmission pan increases your ATF capacity by an extra 6.6 quarts over the stock pan. This added fluid volume helps maintain optimal transmission temperatures, especially under load. Mishimoto has also incorporated pre-installed bolt retainers, which hold the fasteners in place while you're installing the pan. This practical feature means you won't have to struggle to thread bolts while holding the pan up, preventing dropped hardware and messy spills. The pan's sealing surface is precision-machined to work with either a factory-style gasket or RTV sealant, which are not included.
